  We bought a king-sized mattress for our guest bedroom from Sean at the Wildwood Mattress Firm store. Sean was a great sales person. He exceeded our expectations by helping us find a quality mattress that matched our limited budget. He even arranged for it to be delivered the next morning (which was a Sunday). Delivery people were great too. They were fast and they were respectful of our house (they wore booties, they were careful not to touch to walls, and they took away all the packing materials). If you are in the market for a mattress, I would highly recommend seeing Sean. He will take care of you.

  The most unprofessional place I have ever been. I ordered a king size mattress and received a mattress that did not measure king size. I tired to return it the same day they delivered it but was informed I could not do so. I tried for 2 week going up there and via phone calls to get rid of this mattress because I did not want to be held responsible if something was to happen to it. I own 2 large dogs. I was reassured they would accept it no as long as it wasn't any major damages (ripping)done to it. AFTER 30 DAYS they come to pick it up and refuse to do so because of a quarter sized stain. I call my sales rep and now nobody seems to remember telling me that I would not be held accountable and not to open my mattress protector because I could turn it in even though they normally don't do so. YES I was furious. Monique threatened to hang up on me and the guy who works with her lied saying he never said any of those things. They said it was nothing they could do even though this could have all been avoided had they taken the mattress back on day 1.
