  Just returned from a very disturbing encounter with the owner/sales rep of Wildwood Flooring in which customer service was non existent. My tile floor was installed the beginning of 2016, dirty job with insufficient dust barriers in place, and carpets were to follow Wrong carpet was ordered and had to wait until following month for installation Carpet install was professionally done and I have no complaints about that. Noticed some chipped tiles in the kitchen and called for repair. They came out and said yes they will replace the chipped tiles and call with a date. No call for three months. We called them 2 more times before we got a date for repair. On the scheduled date we waited and they never showed up between, and 3 hours after, time we were told. Called and said we had to leave for an appointment and they said they will call back with another time. I went to the store this morning to complain and was insulted and laughed at by the owner. Worst customer experience I have ever encountered.
